• While we will always take walk-ins for drinks and snacks only if we have the space to accommodate them, we do not accept reservations for guests who are not planning to join us for a full dining experience.

For reservations that have been made where guests are not planning to have a full dining experience, we impose our £40pp cancellation charge as a minimum spend for the table and we may have to cut the standard seating time for the reservation.

  • We allow corkage for £35 per bottle.

  • We are absolutely dog friendly!

If possible, please let us know in advance if you will be bringing your dog to the restaurant so we can do our best to assign you to a slightly more dog friendly table. Do be aware that most of our tables are quite close together so it may not be the roomiest restaurant experience for larger dogs!

  • From 5pm we are an exclusively over 16s venue. However, we are more than happy to accommodate younger guests for lunch throughout the week!

If possible, please let us know in advance if you will be bringing a pram with you so we can do our best to create space for this at your table.

We do not have a children’s menu or any high chairs here at Ploussard.

  • Ploussard is wheelchair accessible. However, with our restaurant being quite small, it would be very difficult for us to accommodate larger chairs.

If you or a member of your party will be joining us in a wheelchair, please make sure to let us know in advance so we can be sure to accommodate you on the day.

  • We will always do our best to cater to allergies and dietary requirements but this would mean ordering from a reduced menu.

Please note, we are not able to guarantee the absence of trace allergens in our kitchen and we cannot cater to guests who want to eat completely vegan or who cannot eat any dairy sulphur or allium.

  • Our menu is seasonal and there are usually new dishes added on a bi-weekly basis.

This being said, our menu changes are not an exact science and, sometimes, we change things up a bit more or less frequently! So, we always recommend that you check the menu on our website if you want to see what might have changed since you last visited!

  • We accept larger group bookings for dinner on a Monday or Tuesday evening or for lunchtimes throughout the week.

If you would like to make a booking for a larger party, please email hello@ploussardlondon.co.uk.

Please note, for larger bookings, we do occasionally impose a minimum spend per head.

  • Our standard seating time for two guests is 1h 45m and this increases slightly for larger tables (this adjusted time will be stated during the booking process and on your booking confirmation email).

While we would love to be able to keep guests all evening, on busy nights we do need to allow for later seatings but our staff will always make sure you are aware if we will be needing your table back by a certain time.

Please note, for later bookings, seating times may be shortened to allow the restaurant to close.

  • Once your reservation has been made, it can be cancelled or changed up to 24 hours before the reservation time or our cancellation fee will have to be applied (£40 per guest).

Our cancellation fee will also be applied in the following instances:

    • Failure to show up for the reservation (no-show).

    • Showing up more than 15 minutes late without prior notice if we are then unable to accommodate the booking.

    • Arriving but then deciding not to go ahead with the booking.

    • Reserving a table but then opting not to have a full dining experience (this includes tables that have reserved with the intention of having drinks/snacks only).

    • Bringing more guests than than were booked for if we are then unable to accommodate the larger party.

    • Bringing fewer guests than were booked for if we have then sacrificed other potential reservations to hold the larger table (charge applied to missing guests only).
